Maclean Bottoms
- On Lake Oahe WMA, 8 miles east of the University of
Mary on Highway 1804, then 2 miles south.
Kimball Bottoms
(also known as the desert)
- From the University of Mary, 1 mile east and 1 mile
south on Highway 1804, then 2 miles south.
General Sibley Park
- South of Bismarck on Washington Street. Ramp may
present problems to large boats when the river is low.
Fox Island Park
- From Washington Street, 3/4 mile west on Riverwood
Drive, 1 1/2 miles south and 1/2 mile west. Heavy pleasure boat use in summer.
Grant Marsh
- On the east side of the Missouri River, 1/8 mile south
of I-94 bridge on River Road.
Steckel Boat Landing and Campsite
- About 21 miles north of Bismarck on Highway 1804 or 5
1/2 miles west, 1 mile south and 1 1/2 miles west of the junction of Highways 83 and 36.

Graner Bottoms
(also known as Sugar Loaf Bottoms)
- On Lake Oahe WMA (Wildlife Management Area)
20 miles south of Mandan on Highway 1806; or about 3 miles north of Huff, ND
Little Heart Bottoms
(also known as Schmidt Bottoms)
- On Lake Oahe WMA about 11 miles south of Mandan on
Highway 1806.
